Dr. Ralph Kudla strengthens the Kerkhoff Group
"Shaping the growth path"

Dr. Ralph Kudla will join Gerd Kerkhoff and Dr. Thorsten Schmidt as an additional Managing Director within the Kerkhoff Group. His focus will be to further enhance the expansion of the business with private equity clients at the Düsseldorf-based consulting company. In addition, the 48-year-old will be responsible for developing new products and partnerships.
Kudla started his consulting career as a restructuring specialist at Roland Berger. Most recently, as a Partner at CMP Capital Management-Partners, he was responsible for investments in distressed companies. At CMP, Kudla, who is a Düsseldorf native, held leading positions in various portfolio companies and was also responsible for purchasing and supply chain management for companies with sales of between EUR 50-250 million. Kudla played a key role at CMP in the acquisition and successful turnaround of Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH.

In addition to Kudla, the core team of partners has taken a significant share in the company. Thus, the Group considers itself well positioned for the further successful expansion of its business.
